Booking

On-location at your space. Tethered preview so you sign off on hero frames before we wrap.
Delivery
Color, retouching, and grading consistent across the set. High-resolution gallery link on final payment.

Stated before any contract is signed. Quotes are project-based — scope, complexity, and usage rights determine the number.

Confirms the booking and reserves the shoot date in the calendar.
$100 reservation
Locks a specific date before the final contract is signed. Credited against the deposit.
15% after booking
If a confirmed project is cancelled after the deposit, 15% of the total covers scheduled time and prep.
Turnaround times.
Standard delivery windows. Rush turnarounds quoted per project — we will not promise a date we can't grade properly to.

Three revisions per photo. One retake session.
Up to three rounds of revision are included for every delivered image. If the initial shoot doesn't meet the agreed scope, one retake session is included at no additional cost. Additional rounds beyond this scope are billed separately and quoted upfront.
Full commercial usage on final payment.
You receive full commercial usage rights on final payment. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless written exclusivity is agreed separately.
